Bullseye with MS Crossbow?
Did Microsoft score a bullseye with it's latest edition of Windows Mobile, code named Crossbow? Microsoft is poised to release a product that is touted to be superior to what they have on the market today.
I own a Windows Mobile 5 enabled phone, the HTC Apache (via UTStarcom) which is rebranded by both Sprint and Verizon. The problem with these phones, is the carrier. Carriers are notorious for not supporting upgrades of the OS; meaning you are stuck with the version you bought with it.
Will we be offered an upgrade path to the new and wonderful world that is Crossbow, and in the future Photon? Who knows…
